Our Classes

MATWORK PILATES

Matwork Pilates is a floor base exercise class set to burn the real problem areas on a the body. From the hips to the glutes, backs of arms and the core - we cover it all. Pilates is amazing for those who also want to improve the pelvic floor and core issues. With a relaxed, entertaining, low-impact feel, this class is the perfect balance of hard work and deep breathing.

All matwork Pilates classes that are run by our Exercise physiologist, Amber are special all-levels classes. They are heavy on technique and great for any beginners or those looking to rehabilitate an injury.

REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates is similar yet very different to mat based Pilates. It is done using the Pilates reformer machine. It can be more intense and dynamic than matwork as it adds resistance to the exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine. The large repertoire of exercises provides loads of variety. The exercises work muscles through a large range of motion ideal for building and toning muscles as well increasing stability through the joints.

PUNCHFIT

Want a workout that doesnโ€™t feel like a workout? This is for you! Youโ€™ll be so busy remembering the combo and having a real good time, you wont notice the sweat dripping off. Jab, hook and uppercut your way through this amazing cardio session. This class has a bit of box, a bit of HIIT and a whole lot of tone! Big movement, big results.
