  • The next subscription is amazing value- Unlimited standard classes in the studio plus access to all virtual classes and replays, all for just $34 per week. That's over 10 weekly Pilates, Barre and Punchfit classes plus at home workouts any time! * does not include reformer classes

  • Want some Pilates Reformer Action? Grab 3x sessions per week for just $60. That’s only $20 per class instead of the $27 casually. The best part is any unused credit roll over. Happy dayz.

Our Classes - Pilates

Matwork Pilates is a floor base exercise class set to burn the real problem areas on a the body. From the hips to the glutes, backs of arms and the core - we cover it all. Pilates is amazing for those who also want to improve the pelvic floor and core issues. With a relaxed, entertaining, low-impact feel, this class is the perfect balance of hard work and deep breathing.

Jab, hook and uppercut your way through this amazing cardio session. This class has a bit of boxing, a bit of cardio and a whole lot of tone! Big movement, big results.

Nikki Kable - Wellness Coach and Instructor, specializing in mat work and reformer Pilates and functional strength. Nikki’s mission is to inspire movement, encourage strength and to build a supportive community.

Amber Arazny - Owner and operator of Ambition Exercise Physiology. Amber has a background in competing internationally in Halfpipe Snowboarding. Her own experiences of overcoming multiple injuries during her snowboarding career led to her interests in the importance of maintaining movement, strength, and motivation through all stages of life. Amber strongly believes that exercise and physical activity should not be a chore, but enjoyed and incorporated into your daily life and interests.
